General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Koréalyss

Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the Koréalyss website, 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road - RUISLIP, LONDON HA4 7AE, United Kingdom
. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on the site https://korealyss.com.
Article 2 - Prices
Prices on the site are expressed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery and shipping costs.
Additional costs: Processing, shipping, and any potential customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment in euros: All orders must be paid in euros.
Price changes: Koréalyss reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Note: Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer after full payment, but risks related to loss or damage are transferred upon physical possession of the items.
Article 3 - Ordering
Orders can be placed exclusively online at https://korealyss.com
Contractual information is presented in French.
Koréalyss reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of supply issues or payment-related difficulties.
Article 4 - Order Confirmation
Confirming your order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once confirmed, the order serves as proof of the transaction and agreement to the stated terms.
A summary of your order and a copy of these general terms and conditions will be sent to you by email in PDF format.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment methods: Payment is made via a secure credit card system.
Debit: Your card is debited directly at the time of the order.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee
6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reasons.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging, accessories, and manuals. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, Koréalyss will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the payment method used during the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized auxiliary products.
Items unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Products liable to deteriorate rapidly.
6.2 30-day money-back guarantee
Koréalyss offers a "30-day money-back guarantee" on all products. Depending on the reason for the request and to prevent abuse, the refund amount may vary between 30% and 100% of the price paid.
Defective or non-compliant products: Full refund (100%).
Other reasons (customer satisfaction): Refund between 30% and 70%, depending on the condition of the product and the situation described.
To initiate a refund request under this guarantee, please contact our customer service at support@korealyss.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Article 7 - Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
In the event of unavailability after ordering, the buyer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without a bank charge.
Koréalyss reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items per order.
Packaging variations
During periods of high demand, some products may be shipped with different packaging (sometimes in English), while strictly maintaining the same formula, quality, and content.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.
Delivery times are indicated during order validation. In case of delay, the buyer will be informed by email.
In the event of repeated absence during delivery by the carrier, Koréalyss cannot be held responsible for delays or return of packages.
Article 9 - Guarantee
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Any claim must be sent within 14 days after receipt.
Returns must include all accessories, packaging, and manuals.
Return shipping costs are refunded only upon presentation of supporting documents in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.
Article 10 - Liability
Koréalyss declines all responsibility in the following cases:
Failure to comply with the legislation of the country of delivery by the buyer.
Misuse or mishandling of the products.
Technical issues related to the Internet network (service disruption, viruses, etc.).
Article 11 - Governing law in case of dispute
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements present on the site https://korealys.com ; (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the company Koréalys.
Any reproduction or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 13 – Personal data
Your personal data is kept for the processing of your orders and may be shared with partners ensuring their fulfillment.

Article 14 - Archiving and proof
Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium. These records are kept as proof in case of dispute.
