Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France, Switzerland, and Belgium.
Delivery times
- Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

- France: Due to the success of our products, delivery times are 6 to 15 business days.
- Belgium and European Union: 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination if delivery is available.
Shipping costs
- Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
- Free delivery: Available in France, Belgium, and Switzerland for all orders..
Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery issues
In case of delay or delivery problem, please contact our customer service at support @Korealyss.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
"Undelivered package / returned to carrier" clause
If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer's fault (incomplete or incorrect address, absence during delivery attempts, failure to collect within the allotted time at a pick-up point, or any other cause resulting from the Customer), the package will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
'• Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the Customer.
These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount if the Customer opts for a refund.
• New shipment:
If the Customer wishes for a new shipment, it will be carried out after payment of the re-shipping costs, calculated according to the current rates.
Refunds (excluding initial shipping costs and return shipping costs) will only be made after receipt and verification of the package in its original condition.
