Terms and Conditions of Sale – Koréalyss

Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made on the Koréalyss website, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. They set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the website https://korealyss.com.

Article 2 – Prices
Prices on the website are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (euros, pounds sterling, Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars, depending on the delivery country), including all taxes where applicable, excluding delivery and shipping costs.

Additional costs: Processing fees, shipping costs and any customs duties or local taxes remain the buyer's responsibility.

Payment currency: Orders are paid in the currency displayed at checkout. Exchange rates are applied automatically and may vary.

Price changes: Koréalyss reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Please note: Ownership of the products passes to the buyer after full payment, but the risk of loss or damage passes as soon as the buyer takes physical possession of the items.

Article 3 – Orders
Orders can be placed exclusively online at https://korealyss.com.
Contractual information is provided in French and English.
Koréalyss reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a supply problem or a payment difficulty.

Article 4 – Order confirmation
Confirming your order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once confirmed, the order constitutes proof of the transaction and of agreement to the terms set out.
A summary of your order and a copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you by email in PDF format.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment methods: Payment is made through a secure bank card system.
Debit: Your card is charged directly when the order is placed.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee

6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging, accessories and instructions. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
In the event of withdrawal, Koréalyss will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Customised auxiliary products.
• Items that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.
• Products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

6.2 30-day money-back guarantee
Koréalyss offers a "30-day money-back guarantee". To benefit from it:
• The product must have been used regularly for at least 21 days.
• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
• The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and applies only to the first order of the product.
Approved returns are refunded the price of the products, to the original payment method, within 7 business days of the items being received and inspected. Original shipping costs (where free) and return costs are not refunded. Defective or non-conforming products are refunded in full.

Article 7 – Availability
Products are offered subject to available stock.
If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the buyer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without any bank debit.
Koréalyss reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items per order.

Packaging variations
During periods of high demand, some products may be shipped in different packaging (sometimes in English), while keeping strictly the same formula, quality and volume.

Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given when the order was placed.
Delivery times are shown when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be informed by email.
In the event of repeated absence at delivery by the carrier, Koréalyss cannot be held responsible for delays or returned parcels.

Article 9 – Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must include all accessories, packaging and instructions.
Return costs are refunded only on presentation of supporting documents in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.

Article 10 – Liability
Koréalyss accepts no liability in the following cases:
• The buyer's failure to comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
• Misuse or mishandling of the products.
• Technical problems related to the Internet network (service interruption, viruses, etc.).

Article 11 – Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements on the website https://korealyss.com (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the company Koréalys.
Any reproduction or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

Article 13 – Personal data
Your personal data is kept to process your orders and may be shared with partners who carry them out.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data in accordance with the GDPR. To exercise this right, contact us at support@korealyss.com.

Article 14 – Archiving and evidence
Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium. These records are kept as evidence in the event of a dispute.
